Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines daily and ensure all food is held at required temperatures.
• Prepare foods according to menu plan and Opaa! recipes; plan ahead for next day menus.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders, and other equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to FIFO inventory practices.
• Follow HACCP processes and keep daily production records as required.
• Handle customer monies and operate the POS system during service.
