Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking team members to assist with daily meal service across serving lines. You will help with food preparation, batch cooking, and presenting meals to customers with hospitality. Responsibilities include stocking, cleaning, and following safety procedures to ensure meals meet the menu and quality standards.

The role involves handling cash, using the POS system, and maintaining accurate daily records. Training on HHFKA/CACFP guidelines will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or related experience.
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions and menus.
• Basic math skills for meal counts and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines and maintain proper food temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu and Opaa! recipes; batch cook when needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment with proper certification and safety.
• Keep areas clean and organized; practice FIFO stock rotation.
• Handle customer money and operate POS as required.
• Complete daily production records and timekeeping tasks.
• Follow HACCP procedures and maintain safety logs.
