Job summary

The Twenty Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians is seeking a Kiosk Technician to maintain and service all on-floor kiosk systems, jackpot stations, recyclers, and related cash equipment across multiple locations in California. The role ensures smooth operation, security of assets, and compliance with internal controls.

Day shifts and on-site work are required. Responsibilities include diagnosing hardware issues, performing preventative maintenance, supporting software updates, and assisting guests

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED).
• Six (6) months of high-volume cash handling experience.
• Six (6) months’ experience using or servicing high-volume cash handling equipment.
• Six (6) months related experience and or training; equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and all other employees by exceeding our mission statement.
• Deliver our Five Star Experience to Guests and all Team Members by embodying our Mission Statement and Service Promise.
• Install, configure, and maintain kiosks at different designated locations.
• Diagnoses and troubleshoots hardware issues on all machinery and ensures that the equipment is back in use quickly.
• Conducts regular inspections and preventative maintenance to identify and address potential problems before they impact kiosk performance.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to test and implement software updates and enhancements.
