Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and team members by meeting service standards.
• Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues.
• Receive, install and test new PC hardware and licensed software.
• Assist with system backups and verify completion.
• Support all departments with computer-related problems and on-site administration.
• Follow up with users to ensure problems are resolved satisfactorily and document downtime.
