Job summary

The Twenty Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians is seeking a full-time Installation - Maint - Repair technician to oversee maintenance of all kiosk redemption units, jackpot stations, recyclers, cage dispensers, coin redemption machines, enrollment, and promotion kiosks across multiple locations. You will help ensure secure operations and a Five Star experience for guests and team members daily.

• Six months of high-volume cash handling experience.
• Six months of experience using or servicing high-volume cash handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and colleagues by delivering on the mission statement.
• Install, configure, and maintain kiosks and related equipment at multiple locations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues and restore equipment quickly.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to prevent disruptions in kiosk performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for software updates and enhancements.
