Job summary

Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians is seeking a dedicated technician to maintain and upgrade kiosk systems across multiple facilities. The role emphasizes enabling a Five Star Experience for Guests and Team Members, with a focus on reliability, security, and proactive maintenance.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with high-volume cash handling, able to troubleshoot hardware, and willing to travel to different locations to service equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months of high-volume cash handling experience.
• Six months’ experience using or servicing high-volume cash handling equipment.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and employees.
• Deliver a Five Star Experience by following the service promise and standards.
• Install, configure, and maintain kiosks at designated locations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on kiosks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test software updates and enhancements.
• Maintain security and accountability of company assets.
• Communicate professionally with all departments and assist customers with monetary needs.
