Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a dedicated individual to oversee the Academy/Child Center, ensuring safety, engagement, and high-quality service for Members and Kids.

The role partners with the Kids Manager to deliver children’s programming, events, and activities, while leading a team and maintaining overall center operations. The ideal candidate has strong customer service, leadership, and communication skills, with prior experience in children’s programs and a willingness to obtain required

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience teaching or working in a children’s program.
• 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• First Aid and CPR/AED certifications within 60 days of hire.
• Complete Kids On-Demand Certifications before first day.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service and a safe, clean, and friendly environment for Members and Guests.
• Promotes and assists Kids Manager in events/programming to drive participation and revenue.
• Manages the Academy/Child Center payroll within budget guidelines and advises the Kids Manager.
• Supports Kids team members with training, feedback, and coaching.
• Completes casting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of kids team members.
• Manages inventory and supplies for the Academy/Child Center and events.
