Life Time Inc. is seeking a dynamic Kids Events Team Member to guide children through rock climbing, swimming, arts and crafts, and gym games, with nutrition education and a focus on safety and fun for ages 3–13.

You’ll lead groups of up to 10, model positive behavior, maintain a clean, safe environment, promote monthly events, and help manage supplies within department budgets. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Formación

• 1 year of related experience
• First Aid required within the first 60 days of hire
• Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED required within the first 60 days of hire
• Ability to tolerate loud noises
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, use hands, objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb ladders
• Ability to work evenings and weekends

Responsabilidades

• Engages children in interactive activities including arts and crafts, singing, sports activities, games while maintaining a safe environment
• Leads a group of up to 10 children ages 3-13 with a fun, positive and outgoing attitude while acting as a role model
• Demonstrates courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity, and professionalism to internal and external customers
• Maintains cleanliness and order of activities and programming to ensure safety
• Promotes monthly events and activities to increase participation and revenue
• Ensures use of supplies, snacks and drinks follow the department budget
