Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Kids Events Team Member to lead children aged 3–13 through a variety of activities including rock climbing, swimming, arts and crafts, gym games, and more, while integrating nutrition education to ensure safety and fun.

You will supervise groups of up to 10 children, maintain a positive, energetic environment, promote monthly events, and ensure supplies and snacks align with the department budget, all while upholding exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• First Aid certification required within 60 days of hire.
• CPR/AED certification for infant/child and adult within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to tolerate loud noises.
• Ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and climb ladders.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engages children in interactive activities and maintains a safe environment.
• Leads a group of up to 10 children ages 3–13 with a fun, positive and outgoing attitude.
• Demonstrates courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity and professionalism to customers.
• Maintains cleanliness and order of activities and programming to ensure safety.
• Promotes monthly events and activities to increase participation and revenue.
• Ensures supplies, snacks and drinks follow the department budget.
