Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Kids Events Team Member to guide children through diverse activities for ages 3–13, including rock climbing, swimming, arts and crafts, and gym games. Staff ensure safety while delivering a fun, educational experience and promote monthly events to increase participation.

Responsibilities include leading groups of up to 10 children, modeling excellent customer service, and maintaining organized programming and supplies within budget. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience.
• First Aid certification within 60 days of hire.
• CPR/AED certification within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to tolerate loud noises.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform activity setup; climb ladders.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engages children in interactive activities including arts and crafts, singing, sports and games while maintaining safety.
• Leads a group of up to 10 children aged 3–13 with a positive, energetic attitude.
• Demonstrates courteous, professional service to internal and external customers.
• Maintains clean, safe environments for activities and programming.
• Promotes monthly events to boost participation and revenue.
• Monitors supplies, snacks, and drinks within department budget.
