Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Events Team Member to guide children through activities such as rock climbing, swimming, arts & crafts, and gym games.

The role emphasizes safety, nutrition education, and themed activities for children ages 3–13, delivering fun with a strong safety mindset. Responsibilities include leading up to 10 children, organizing events, maintaining a clean environment, and supporting department budgets.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience
• First Aid required within 60 days of hire
• Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED required within 60 days of hire
• Ability to tolerate loud noises
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, climb ladders
• Ability to work evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Engages children in interactive activities including organized arts and crafts, singing, sports activities and games while maintaining a safe environment
• Leads a group of up to 10 children ages 3-13 with a fun, positive and outgoing attitude
• Demonstrates courteous, service-oriented and professional behavior to internal and external customers
• Maintains cleanliness and order of activities to ensure safety
• Promotes monthly events and activities to increase participation and revenue
• Ensures supplies, snacks and drinks follow department budget constraints
