Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Kids Events Team Member to guide children through rock climbing, swimming, arts and crafts, gym games and related activities with a focus on nutrition education and safety. You will manage groups of up to 10 children aged 3–13, modeling a positive and energetic attitude while ensuring a fun, safe environment.

The role requires First Aid and CPR/AED within 60 days, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising children and leading activities.
• First Aid certification within 60 days of hire.
• CPR/AED certification within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Promotes safety and orderly behavior during activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead kids through activities and crafts ensuring safety.
• Supervise groups up to 10 children aged 3–13 with a positive attitude.
• Demonstrate professionalism and excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of activity spaces.
• Promote monthly events and activities to boost participation and revenue.
• Monitor supplies and snacks per department budget.
