Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Events Team Member to guide children through rock climbing, swimming, arts & crafts, gym games and themed activities with a focus on safety and fun for ages 3–13.

The role involves engaging children in organized activities, leading groups, and promoting events to boost participation and revenue. You will work in a dynamic community environment, maintaining cleanliness, managing supplies, and providing excellent service to families.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience.
• First Aid within the first 60 days of hire.
• Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED within the first 60 days of hire.
• Ability to tolerate loud noises.
• Ability to frequently stand; walk; use hands, objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb ladders.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engages children in interactive activities including organized arts and crafts, singing, sports activities, games while maintaining a safe environment.
• Leads a group of up to 10 children ages 3-13 with a fun, positive and outgoing attitude while acting as a role model.
• Demonstrates courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity, and professionalism to internal and external customers.
• Maintains cleanliness and order of activities and programming to ensure safety.
• Promotes monthly events and activities to increase participation and revenue.
• Ensures supplies, snacks and drinks follow the prearranged department budget.
