Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Events Team Member to guide children through rock climbing, swimming, arts and crafts, gym games, and more while integrating nutrition education and safety. You will work with kids aged 3–13 in a dynamic, family-friendly environment.

The role emphasizes leading activities, maintaining safety, and promoting events to boost participation and revenue, with a strong commitment to an inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience.
• First Aid required within 60 days of hire.
• Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED required within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to tolerate loud noises.
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, use hands and climb ladders.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engages children in interactive activities including arts and crafts, singing, sports and games while ensuring safety.
• Leads a group of up to 10 children aged 3–13 with a fun, positive attitude and acts as a role model.
• Demonstrates courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity, and professionalism to customers.
• Maintains cleanliness and order of activities to ensure safety.
• Promotes monthly events and activities to increase participation and revenue.
• Ensures supplies, snacks and drinks follow departmental budget.
