Job summary

EMPACT-SPC, part of La Frontera Arizona, provides direct crisis intervention services to children and families in crisis, in home, school, and community settings. The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends and coordination with multiple state systems.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a preferred bachelor’s in a behavioral field, and bilingual Spanish abilities. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in behavioral field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct crisis intervention in home, school, and community.
• Coordinate care with Behavioral Health providers and other systems.
• Maintain client records and ensure service delivery aligns with policies.
• Work nights and weekends as required; ensure safety and de-escalation in crises.
