EMPACT-SPC/La Frontera Arizona is seeking a DCS Crisis Specialist to provide direct crisis intervention in home, school, and community settings. The role emphasizes coordination with Behavioral Health providers, DCS, and schools to ensure continuum of care and safety for children and families.

You will maintain comprehensive client records, participate in quality management, and work within a high‑risk, fast-paced environment while promoting empathy and culturally competent care.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with children in DCS care or RBHA system knowledge preferred.
• Experience using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Detail oriented with strong time management, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Clear and effective communication; problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct crisis services in home, in-office, in school and community settings.
• Coordinate care across Behavioral Health providers, Juvenile Probation, schools, and DCS.
• Maintain client records per agency policies and procedures.
• Deliver comprehensive services and coordinate communication with agency departments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with state and community partners.
• Oversee occasional department vehicle operations and safety checks.
