EMPACT-SPC/La Frontera Arizona seeks a part-time Crisis Therapist to respond to crisis calls, provide crisis intervention, case management, and coordinate care within a premier crisis system across Glendale and Tempe locations, with weekday and weekend evenings and overnights.

You'll work in a high-paced setting, delivering in-home, in-office, and community-based counseling to youth, adults, and families, ensuring documentation and safety protocols, supervising interns, and collaborating with

Competenze

• Master's degree in a related field (psychology, counseling, social work).
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide direct crisis counseling and crisis intervention as assigned.
• Coordinate communication with other departments to ensure continuity of care.
• Develop and maintain relationships with state and community behavioral health partners.
• Train and supervise interns, pool staff, and new staff as assigned.
