Responsabilités

• Oversee the 5:30 Kickback for guests through food preparation and clean-up.
• Keep the kitchen and lobby area clean and well organized.
• Ensure food safety standards are met and supplies are stocked.
• Provide courteous, friendly guest service and promote Drury culture.
• Answer guest questions using knowledge of the hotel, area, and events.
