Job summary

Drury Plaza Hotel in Pigeon Forge, TN is seeking a friendly Kickback Host to join our team part-time. You will help deliver the 5:30 Kickback experience, assist with food prep and cleanup, and keep the lobby and kitchen area clean and well-stocked.

You will answer guest questions and ensure a warm, welcoming atmosphere that reflects the Drury culture. The role emphasizes guest service, inventory, and adherence to food safety standards, with opportunities for growth and participation in our

Qualifications

Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community and hotel services.
Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.
Warm and friendly manner in communicating with guests and creating a happy, comfortable atmosphere.
Ability to speak and receive direction (written and verbal direction) in English.

Responsibilities

Make our complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback for guests—prepare and assist with cleanup.
Ensure kitchen and lobby areas are clean and well organized.
Ensure food safety standards are met and supplies are stocked at appropriate levels.
Present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture to customers and co-workers.
Answer guest questions using knowledge of the hotel, area, and events.
Provide courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
