Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and efficient store operation. The role emphasizes coaching, leadership, and a strong cash-handling background in a prestige beauty environment.

You will participate in opening/closing duties, daily reconciliations, and achieving sales targets while providing authentic, personalized customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in cosmetics preferred
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable
• Supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales targets is desirable
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software
• Right to live and work in the country

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic service
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation
• Open and close the store on a rota basis
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to run the store smoothly
• Contribute to achieving sales and customer service targets
