Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the store. You will coach and mentor the sales team to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to meet sales and service targets.

You will manage cash reconciliation, opening and closing duties on a rota, and leverage your retail experience to drive performance in a prestige beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve targets is desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to achieve sales and service targets.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
