The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth operations and delivering inspired, personalized customer service.

This role requires retail experience, cash handling, and the ability to open/close the store on a rota, with supervision and coaching duties as the first step toward a long-term career in prestige beauty.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures is desirable
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring to achieve sales targets is desirable
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with retail POS software
• Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited for interview

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations
• Lead by example to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation
• Open and close the store on a rota basis
• Assume first-step supervisory duties and coaching responsibilities
