Torrid in Nashua, NH is seeking a motivated Keyholder to support the store management team in daily operations and to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

You’ll lead by example in selling skills, customer service, and visual standards while assisting with merchandise execution and opening/closing procedures. Flexibility for holidays, nights, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience in a similar role with proven ability to lead teams to success and proven sales performance.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while creating an amazing customer experience.
• Fashion awareness and adaptability to trends and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management with daily opening/closing operations.
• Lead by example in selling skills and customer service to foster loyalty.
• Support merchandise strategies while maintaining a clean, inviting store environment.
• Perform register functions and drive add-on sales with product knowledge.
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Management is unavailable.
