Job summary

Torrid is looking for a Keyholder to support store leadership and enhance the shopping experience. You will help open/close the store, drive sales, and uphold store standards while promoting a welcoming, inclusive environment for our customers.

Ideal candidates will have apparel retail management experience, strong people skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Flexible scheduling, including holidays and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management, preferably apparel, leading teams.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management in achieving KPI goals.
• Lead sales through strong customer service and upselling.
• Support merchandise strategies and maintain a welcoming store.
• Perform register functions and act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Ensure store opens/closes in accordance with policy.
• Maintain clean, inviting store environment and assist customers.
