Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a part-time Third Keyholder to deliver exceptional customer service, assist shoppers with merchandise and purchases, and support store operations. You will help maintain inventory, support deliveries, and ensure the store looks its best for customers.

In this role you may assist the Store Manager with daily activities, open or close the store when needed, and help with cash handling and training of staff. A high school diploma and retail experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent and ability to read, interpret and explain operational directives (e.g., merchandise schematics).
• Experience: Prefer management experience in retail, grocery or drug store environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection and location; complete sales transactions.
• Assist Store Manager with daily activities, inventory, deliveries and replenishment; maintain store cleanliness and appearance.
• In absence of Store Manager, help with opening/closing, cash handling, and operational support for cashiers.
