Job summary

Family Dollar in Florida is seeking a Third Keyholder to support daily store operations, lead team members, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will assist with merchandise, inventory, deliveries, and ensure the store is clean and well-presented.

You may open or close the store in the absence of store leadership and help cashiers with transactions. Qualified candidates have experience in retail management, can lift up to 55 lbs, and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40–55 lbs as needed.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, drive sales, and process transactions.
• Open/close store when required and support daily operations.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with deliveries and replenishment.
• Ensure store cleanliness, appearance, and asset protection.
• Provide guidance to team and communicate store standards.
• Explain policies and procedures to staff and customers.
• Support cashiers and keep accurate cash handling records.
• Unload merchandise and stock shelves, transfer from stockroom to floor.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
