Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Third Keyholder to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise, processing transactions, and helping with opening/closing duties when management is unavailable. The role also involves inventory support, replenishment, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store appearance.

Qualifications

• Ability to greet customers and assist with product selection
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash

• Process sales transactions accurately at the POS
• Open/close duties and store oversight in the absence of management
