Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Third Keyholder to support the Store Manager with daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and a well‑stocked, clean storefront. You will participate in opening/closing duties, assist cashiers, and help maintain inventory and stock replenishment while upholding company policies and procedures.

The role requires flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with responsibilities ranging from customer engagement to cash

Qualifications

• Provides exceptional customer service and assists customers with merchandise selection and location.
• Handles customer funds and processes sales transactions using the POS system.
• Supports store operations, inventory, deliveries, replenishment, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with questions and concerns.
• Open or close the store in absence of the Store Manager/Asst. Store Manager.
• Help with asset protection and maintain accurate records and deposits.
