Job summary

Torrid is seeking a dedicated Keyholder to support the store management team in Fresno, CA. You’ll help drive daily operations, deliver an outstanding shopping experience, and model excellent customer service. This role requires flexibility for holidays, nights, and weekends—with emphasis on teamwork and sales performance.

Coordinate with management to execute merchandising plans, assist in training, and ensure a consistent, inviting store environment that motivates customers to shop and return.

Qualifications

• Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility with schedules, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Fashion-focused and trend-aware.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management in achieving KPI goals and company objectives.
• Demonstrate selling skills and customer service to drive loyalty.
• Support merchandising strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
• Process register transactions and promote add-on sales.
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Management is unavailable.
• Maintain flexibility for scheduling including holidays, nights, and weekends.
