Books-A-Million in Tulsa, OK, seeks a Keyholder to lead shifts as a limited Manager On Duty, guiding the category team and ensuring store standards are met. You will help keep the store secure and ready for every reader who walks through the door.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a supervisor role.
• Successful completion of all required background screenings.

Responsabilités

• Lead shift as limited Manager On Duty to standards and policies.
• Own your category's results by guiding the category team to stronger sales and service.
• Maintain store security, open/close with care, and follow loss prevention standards.
• Train and develop associates within your category to build confidence and product knowledge.
• Lead cross-training and daily briefings to align the team with goals.
