Brobston Group is seeking a Retail Keyholder to support daily store operations and security while delivering an elevated client experience and contributing to sales performance. You will handle opening/closing, cash management, clienteling, and provide leadership support when management is unavailable.

The role emphasizes styling expertise, product knowledge, and exceptional service to achieve sales goals, build client relationships, and maintain a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a retail setting.
• Reliable, responsible, and comfortable managing cash transactions, deposits, and register accuracy.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales goals and commercial KPIs through styling expertise, product knowledge, and exceptional service.
• Build client relationships, capture client data, and follow up on sales, events, and inquiries.
• Execute opening and closing duties, maintain store security, and ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organized.
• Process transactions, handle cash, prepare bank deposits, and reconcile registers.
• Provide leadership support and help run the store when managers are unavailable.
• Resolve customer concerns and de-escalate conflicts.
