Job summary

Lang Brands LLC is seeking a part-time Key Holder to join our retail team. The role reports to the Store Manager and supports opening/closing, cash handling, and customer service.

You will maintain store appearance, assist customers, execute promotions, and ensure daily operations run smoothly. Prior retail exposure and comfort with POS systems are preferred; a positive, proactive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• One year of retail experience or related field experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic math for daily transactions.
• Ability to open/close the store and maintain loss prevention practices.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, promote current offers, and assist with sales.
• Maintain visual merchandising, restock and place new shipments.
