Marc Jacobs International seeks a Keyholder for its Camarillo, CA store. You will support daily operations, assist sales, and lead the team in the absence of management while maintaining store security and client experience.

Role involves cash handling, opening/closing duties, and ensuring a guest-ready environment with strong product knowledge and clienteling to drive store performance.

Qualificações

• 3+ years’ experience in a retail setting.
• Proven reliability, dependability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Flexibility to work retail schedules inclusive of evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to de-escalate issues calmly.
• Confident handling cash, deposits, and register accuracy.
• Strong ability to stay organized and efficient.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer literacy.

Responsabilidades

• De-escalate conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual & store sales and KPIs.
• Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming.
• Build sales with styling expertise and product knowledge.
• Cultivate client relationships and drive repeat business.
• Provide leadership support in the absence of management.
• Manage cash transactions and reconcile end-of-day deposits.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor organization.
• Open and close the store and safeguard assets.
