Kiehl’s, part of L’Oréal, seeks a Keyholder in McLean, VA. You’ll support the Store Manager to reach sales goals while building strong customer relationships and presenting products with brand integrity.

This role emphasizes service leadership, training newer staff, and adherence to visual standards in a fast-paced retail setting. Ideal candidates bring retail/cosmetic experience, strong communication, and the ability to work two closing shifts weekly and two full weekends per month.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Retail or cosmetic experience preferred.
• Willing to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in achieving store sales goals and individual targets.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and develop customer relationships.
• Maintain product and brand image presentation and keep the store neat and organized.
• Provide training to new store employees.
• Execute visual directives and customer service standards.
• Open and close procedures; enforce company policies.
