Kiehl's Since 1851 is hiring a Keyholder in Washington, DC to assist the Store Manager in achieving store sales goals while meeting personal targets. You will deliver superior customer service, nurture customer relationships, and ensure neat product presentation to support the brand image.

The role requires retail/cosmetics experience, strong communication, and reliability for two closing shifts per week and two weekend shifts monthly. 18+ and work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Retail and cosmetic experience preferred.
• Customer service skills with strong communication.
• Ability to use basic computer systems.
• Willing to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in achieving store sales goals and individual targets.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service and build repeat business.
• Maintain product presentation and store cleanliness.
• Execute visual and education selling directives.
• Provide training to new store employees when needed.
• Open and close procedures and enforce policies.
