Job summary

Kiehl’s Since 1851 is seeking a proactive Keyholder for our McLean, VA location. As a Keyholder, you will support the Store Manager to drive sales, uphold brand standards, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

You will lead by example on customer service, product presentation, and daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and staff training, while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Retail or cosmetic experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• No immigration sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in achieving store sales goals.
• Provide superior customer service and build repeat business.
• Maintain product presentation and store cleanliness.
• Execute visual directives and selling tools.
