Job summary

Kiehl's Since 1851 in McLean, VA is seeking a Store Manager to support the District Manager in achieving store and individual sales goals while delivering superior customer service and maintaining brand presentation. The role emphasizes leadership, training, and adherence to store policies in a fast-paced cosmetic environment.

The ideal candidate will have retail/cosmetics experience, strong communication skills, and availability for two weekend shifts per month.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred
• Prior key holder experience preferred
• Customer service experience
• Communication skills
• Analytical skills
• Basic computer skills
• Must be willing to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be 18 years or older
• Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Delivers a best in class experience to customers

• Regular attendance and timeliness for all scheduled shifts
• Assist District Manager in achieving store sales goals in conjunction with reaching individual sales goals established by management team
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Perform open and close procedures for the store
• Provide training to new store employees
• Effectively execute visual directives, education selling tools and customer service standards
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
