Kiehl’s Since 1851 Keyholder position in Brea, CA is part of L’Oréal USA’s store leadership team. You’ll help drive sales, model top service, and maintain store operations and presentation on the shop floor. You’ll also train teammates and support long-term store plans.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and be authorized to work in the U.S. This role requires a flexible schedule, including some weekends and closing shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis; no immigration sponsorship.
• Retail, cosmetics, and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example as a role model for the team and deliver excellent customer service.
• Support achievement of store and personal sales goals and business strategies.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, visual presentation, and a neat, organized environment.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members with product knowledge.
