Job summary

Kiehl's Since 1851 is seeking a Keyholder in Brookline, MA. You will assist the Store Manager to reach sales goals, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain brand presentation on the sales floor, while guiding staff on policies and operations.

The role requires retail or cosmetic experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work 2 closing shifts weekly and 2 full weekends per month. 18+ and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred.
• Prior key holder experience preferred.
• Customer service experience.
• Communication skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be willing to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis is required.
