Job summary

Books-A-Million in Ohio is seeking a Keyholder to step into store leadership. You’ll work as a limited Manager On Duty, run shifts, oversee your category team, protect security, and ensure the buy-sell-trade experience remains strong for customers.

You’ll train Associates, coordinate cross-training, and lead daily briefings while delivering outstanding customer service. This role emphasizes ownership and collaboration as you grow toward broader leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and older.
• Experience in a supervisor role is required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Successful completion of all required background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Step up and lead the shift as a limited Manager On Duty, ensuring store standards and policies are followed.
• Own your category results by guiding your team to stronger sales and customer service.
