Rothy’s is seeking a Keyholder for our Fifth Avenue store in New York City. The role focuses on delivering a service-first culture, coaching peers, and upholding brand standards on the sales floor.

You will actively engage with customers, lead by example, and ensure smooth store operations. As part of the leadership team, you may serve as Manager on Duty, helping to reflect our values in every interaction and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service and building relationships.
• Ability to lead by example and support store operations.
• Strong communication skills for teamwork and clienteling.
• Physical readiness to stand, move, and lift light loads during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model the Rothy’s Experience on the sales floor with coaching and guidance to teammates.
• Drive personal and team sales while delivering exceptional service and building client relationships.
• Engage customers to create lasting connections and participate in store events and activations.
• Support onboarding and training; reinforce store standards, SOPs, and product knowledge on the floor.
• Assist with daily operations and ensure visual standards and service expectations are met.
