Job summary

Rothy’s in Roseville, CA is seeking a Part-Time Keyholder to lead the in-store customer experience and support daily store operations. You’ll model our service standards, coach teammates, and help drive sales while maintaining brand integrity on the floor.

As part of the leadership team, you may serve as Manager on Duty and own assigned areas under the Division of Responsibility. Flexible weekend hours and a 16+ hour work week are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience, with some leadership.
• Proven ability to connect with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Experience with merchandising, shipments, or stockroom tasks.
• Desire to grow leadership skills.
• Ability to stand/walk an entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week (Peak Days).

Responsibilities

• Lead and model Rothy’s Experience through exceptional service and coaching.
• Drive sales by delivering the Rothy’s Experience and team selling.
• Build lasting relationships through clienteling.
• Assist with in-store events and community activations to boost brand awareness.
• Support onboarding and training by reinforcing store standards.
• Act as Manager on Duty to oversee daily operations.
• Own areas of responsibility under the DOR program and report progress.
