Job summary

Kiehl's Since 1851 at Costa Mesa (South Coast Plaza) is hiring a Keyholder to join the L'Oréal family. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain store presentation that reflects the brand’s apothecary heritage.

Responsibilities include leading by example on the floor, supporting busy periods, training new team members, and ensuring smooth opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Previous retail/cosmetics experience preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with basic computer proficiency.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
• Ability to stand on the sales floor and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Bilingual abilities a plus (Spanish or Mandarin).
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and deliver superior customer service to encourage repeat business.
• Support the achievement of store and individual sales goals and execute business strategies.
• Manage store operations including opening/closing procedures and maintaining visual presentation.
• Assist in training and onboarding of new team members and share product knowledge.
