Job summary

Kiehl’s Since 1851 at Sherman Oaks, CA is seeking a Keyholder to join the store leadership team. You will support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading by example, and upholding the brand’s apothecary-inspired heritage.

You’ll help drive sales, manage opening/closing, train new associates, and ensure a neat, engaging environment. Flexibility is required, including two closing shifts and two full weekends per month.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail, cosmetics, and customer service preferred.
• Prior Keyholder experience is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including 2 closing shifts weekly and 2 full weekends monthly.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver superior customer service and build repeat business.
• Support achievement of store and personal sales goals and execute business strategies.
• Manage opening and closing procedures and maintain visual standards.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members with product knowledge.
