Kiehl's Since 1851, a part of L'Oreal USA, Inc, is hiring a Keyholder to support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. The role emphasizes maintaining brand image, training new staff, and executing store operations efficiently.

The position requires retail or cosmetic experience, strong communication, and willingness to work weekends and two closing shifts per week. Bilingual abilities are a plus; all benefits are provided by the employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis is required; no immigration sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a best in class experience to customers.
• Upholds standards of customer service excellence.
• Leader in productivity.
• Regular attendance and timeliness for all scheduled shifts.
• Assist Store Manager in achieving store sales goals in conjunction with reaching individual sales goals.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Perform open and close procedures for the store.
• Provide training to new store employees.
• Effectively execute visual directives and customer service standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
