Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking a part-time Keyholder to support daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional client experiences at our in-store Wilmington, Delaware location. Responsibilities include assisting with opening/closing, maintaining visual standards, and safeguarding assets while supporting the sales team.

Qualifications include supervisory experience in fashion/retail, strong communication, problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft and Apple technology.

• Supervisory experience in fashion/retail preferred.
• Strong communication with clients, colleagues and management.
• Problem solving and decision making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Apple technology.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with XStore and Tulip is a plus.
• Must lift up to 20 pounds and be on your feet during shift.
