Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking a Part-time Keyholder to support daily retail operations at our Lilly Pulitzer store. You’ll drive sales, deliver exceptional client experiences, and safeguard assets while assisting with opening and closing duties.

Ideal candidates have supervisory retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, may be required to align with seasonal business needs.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations including sales and client experience.
• Safeguard store assets and maintain cash handling procedures.
• Open and close the store as required.
• Drive sales by delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting the sales team.
• Elevate team performance through proactive service and feedback to management.
• Maintain Lilly Pulitzer visual and operating standards in-store.
• Resolve client issues or escalate to store management when needed.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet seasonal goals and store KPIs.
• Provide feedback on selling opportunities and success stories to management.
