Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is hiring a Keyholder to assist with daily store operations, focusing on sales, client experience, and asset protection at our Lilly Pulitzer retail location.

This part-time, hourly position requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with responsibilities including opening/closing, customer service, and maintaining store standards while upholding Lilly Pulitzer policies.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in fashion or retail is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft & Apple technology.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.
