The role is part-time, in-store, with flexible hours including nights and weekends. Candidates should be ready to uphold Lilly Pulitzer’s brand standards, manage cash, and collaborate with the sales team and management to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft & Apple technology.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations including sales and client experience.
• Safeguard store assets and ensure cash handling accuracy.
• Open and close the retail store as scheduled.
• Provide exceptional client service and support sales team.
• Elevate client issues to store management when needed.
• Give feedback to management on selling opportunities and performance.
• Maintain Lilly Pulitzer visual and operational standards.
