Lilly Pulitzer is seeking a Part-Time Keyholder to support daily store operations in our Key West retail location. You will assist clients, drive sales, and safeguard store assets while upholding Lilly Pulitzer's brand standards.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, delivering exceptional client experience, maintaining visual standards, and collaborating with the team to meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft & Apple technology.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales goals by providing exceptional client experience and supporting sales team.
• Maintain accuracy in cash transaction management according to procedures.
